This one hour class (60 minute) is for a parent and child to enjoy the activity of gymnastics in a physically distanced manner. Parents are to assist keeping the youngster on task and respecting the physical distancing rules.  Following a group warm up activity or game, there will be action on three different circuits that change weekly.
